Pinterest recently decided to allow pinners to start using affiliate links again. What does this mean for you, and why would Pinterest make this change? After all, the social network needs a constant stream of new content in order to keep the attention of its over 100 million monthly active users. It can encourage users to create that by rewarding them with the ability to make money with affiliate links.
Now that you’re allowed to use these links on Pinterest, you should make sure you use them correctly. Otherwise, you risk Pinterest banning them again if too many people start spamming the site.
