As part of an effort to expand their U.S. presence, Kosakowski was hired as Global Head of Social Sales Disruption.

Kosakowski previously worked for Act-On Software, where he was Regional Sales Manager and one of the top sales producers for almost two and a half years. He also previously worked as Social Sales Advisor for Chillpuck, a top promotional product. His content has been featured on several major channels including Forbes, LinkedIn, Convince & Convert, Sales Hacker, Act-On and The Marketing Scope.
